Processing Time:

Orders are processed within up to 2 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we prepare and ship your items. 

 

Shipping Information:

We ship internationally. The following delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and seasonal volume: 

• Canada: Up to 10 business days

• United States: 2 to 8 weeks 

• International (outside North America): 4 to 10 weeks

 

Customs & Duties:

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply. 

 

For U.S. and international customers, please note the following:

 • All orders to the US are subject to tariffs.

 • Pins, keychains, tape, and air fresheners are manufactured in China, and may be subject to high import tariffs when entering the United States.

• In some cases, even a single item with a high tariff rate may cause the entire order to be taxed at a higher rate.

• Prints and stickers are primarily produced in Canada, and typically face lower tariffs.

• Books are printed in Japan or Canada. 

• Shirts are printed in Canada.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or for packages returned due to unpaid import fees.
